« This property manager went MIA before our stay. VRBO staff and myself could not contact them the day of check in and day before, so the reservation was cancelled by VRBO. They refunded me and helped me get a par hotel but I do NOT recommend this property manager at all. Their 3 phone numbers were all disconnected! Stay away! »

« We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. »

« I had a great experience with this property. Check-in was very easy and simple. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The complex was nice. I felt safe at all times. The hallways were well lit. The area is nice and safe. All communication with the host was pleasant and professional. I was very happy with the entire experience.
