Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice stay. Property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with great pool amenities. Minutes away from beach access and dozens of food choices.

The place has a nice view of the Intracoastal Waterway but the unit is very dated. The carpet was filthy with numerous spots throughout. The furniture has not been updated in many years. The place definitely needs a facelift, it wouldn't take a lot of money to make it a cute little place to stay on the Intracoastal.
