„Good value place to stay in the Mendocino area, easy to get to places along the coast. Looked as pictured, Spacious room. All have ocean views. AC was nice but loud. Wifi would disconnect at times but overall worked. Would be nice if bathroom had more hanging space. Place allows pets and some furniture had pet damage. Nice to have a king sized bed, fridge and balcony!“

The property offers lovely sprinkled ocean views throughout, giving us just the right touch of seaside atmosphere without being right on the beach. „Lovely and charming property. I stayed in the Cypress Cottage, and despite the cooler temperatures the room was well heated and comfortable at all times. The staff, especially Kate, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Dogs are very welcome as well. “

„Due to some minor construction issues, Joann upgraded us to the cottage rather than the annex and it was very roomy for the 2 of us. Clean and very comfortable. The wood burning stove was a bit of a challenge for us, but only because we’re “city slickers”! Overall, a great place to crash, see beautiful sunsets and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Mendocino Coast! Thanks Joanne! “
