« We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break. »

« Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break. »

« This property provided the perfect place to host a hen party weekend for 18 people. The rooms are all perfectly sized and the communal areas are perfect for hen games and pre-drinks. The house is easy to find and is in with easy walking distance of the pier and other amenities. I would highly recommend for large groups. »

« The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. « Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought us a replacement within a few hours which was impressive & essential as we needed ice for drinks! The garden is so lovely. The location is exactly what I was after. Beautiful quiet village. We sat in bed one morning listening to the bird song. Heaven. Local pubs were great too. Our host was lovely. « We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a convenient location, 15 min walk to West Wittering beach. Great pub across the road. Bright spacious lounge and kitchen with an outdoor patio. Clean and tidy rooms. The hot water stopped working while we were there but it was solved promptly. »
