„After a warm welcome we stayed one night in a nice, quite, individually furnished and well equipped appartment above the garage. The double bed is small, but an additional convertible sofa can be used. The house is sited in a green environment. It is a five minute walk to Ferndale Main St (recommendable: Ivanhoe restaurant & saloon). The access road is very steep. “

A gift of fresh local bakery goodies is delivered by the host in the morning. The backyard with patio table is surrounded by lush plants and vegetables. It does not get better than that.The property's location at the top of a hill, with a fabulous view of the bay from a beautiful patio in a garden with a small fish pond was calming and outstanding.
