« Check-in instructions were difficult, had to request information several times. Once inside, the sofabed was broken. There were two of us, and I planned to sleep on the sofabed. I ended up booking a different hotel room nearby. Hotels.com argued with us and finally gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience but not enough to cover another room. Not a good experience. Terrible PR by the company. »

« Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. »

« Really good property for groups! Spotless and couldn’t do anything more to help us Just an FYI as mentioned on other reviews, you may need ear plugs as there is quite a busy street down below. « This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...
