Great home for a mixed age group of family for a comfortable stay with space for hosting. We had a mixed group of family and friends ranging in ages from under 10 to over 70 staying in the home comfortably. Very clean, well maintained, and responsive host who assisted with any and all questions.Pros:Location is close to everything in LivingstonExtra long RV space with hookups allows for flexibility in parking and travelingCentral AC for comfortTwo TV spaces allows for people to spread out and enjoy the homeOutdoor covered space for visitingMore kitchen items than I've ever seen in a rental - ample food storage items, usable knives, cutting boards, baking sheets, an air fryer, spices, etcStable wireless internetThoughtful additions for travelers (fans in every bedroom, extra blankets, flash lights, ear plugs, peanut brittle to welcome us, bicycles available, ice chest, rain ponchos, and more)Cons:(Potentially a pro - it was for us!) Montana getaway

Communication for check in and check out was great. The house was clean and in a great location. Beds all slept great which is a big plus when traveling. Landscaping and lawn was beautiful. The Mountain views were amazing.

Perfect for our family!

We had a great stay with our family of 5. Great proximity to town, about a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped with everything for our family needs (kitchen, toys, bedding, even bikes). Little touches throughout the home show is it well cared for and loved by the owners. We will be back!

Jumping Off Point

Our family had an excellent experience during our stay at a jumping Off Point in Livingston. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was a comfortable place for us to gather after exploring Yellowstone Park and the surrounding area and share the evening together.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Book it you won’t regret it! We all had a great time and it had everything we all needed! We stayed downstairs with the kiddos, they loved the pool table played morning and when we would get back in the evenings. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Great home with pool table and nice yard

The yard was beautiful and perfect for our 2 little girls. It was my birthday and my partner and I had a nice time playing pool downstairs after our girls fell asleep. We were also doing an RV trip and there was ample parking for our travel trailer.

I travel often and try to always use Vrbo this house was fantastic one of the best ever so very clean had everything there was in a great location we really enjoyed our stay very comfortable equipped with everything that we needed even had deer in the backyard running around you will not be disappointed if you stay at this home easy to get in touch with the answer question I will only be staying in this home when we come to livingston thank you

This was a beautiful property with amazing Mountain Views. The owners had everything you could possibly think of from toiletries, laundry detergent, ear plugs, Saran Wrap, bathrobes, so many dishes!! You literally thought of everything. Best stocked vrbo I have ever stayed at! Thank you for making it a delightful stay!

Beautiful and Impeccable

I was amazed at how clean this house was, and how well stocked it was with the supplies. We had plenty of towels, shampoo's, conditioners, hand soap, toiletries, adequate kitchen supplies such as condiments, paper towels, dishwashing materials, plates, utensils, etc.. I have rented many houses. condo's and cabins throughout the years, and this house was by far the best supplied and cleanest I have been in. We only had to buy our food supplies for 6 days and only had to call the management on the first day just to let them know we would check in about 20 minutes early. Our stay was excellent in a very quiet community. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Amazing Spot!

We had an amazing trip and part of that was staying at this incredible rental. They thought of everything! And they place is so fresh, clean and very spacious! We slept well, enjoyed cooking at the house and it was a perfect base for exploring Livingston and Yellowstone. This rental far exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to anyone headed to this area.

Incredible house in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very simple and easy to understand. The house was clean as can be and the amenities were great. Super close to downtown and easy driving distance to Yellowstone and other fun adventures. Highly recommend!
