We LOVED this rental. Truly the best one we have ever stayed in. Have already recommended it specifically to multiple people. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, I especially appreciated the stainless steel pan option. There was a spot for a child gate at the top of basement stairs but no gate in house and they brought one over for us first thing the next morning. And they even had games for kids, which was a great touch. The location is perfect with such great food around and not too far from Yellowstone and Bozeman (for airport and museums). Gosh, we are SO pleased with this rental and will most definitely be coming back for future trips.

Beautiful home, very clean and super spacious. It was nice having 2 seperate living areas for our group that doesn't always want to do the same thing. It was about a 15 minute walk to downtown Livingston. Definitely going in my favorites and will be staying here again!

Montana getaway

Communication for check in and check out was great. The house was clean and in a great location. Beds all slept great which is a big plus when traveling. Landscaping and lawn was beautiful. The Mountain views were amazing.

Perfect for our family!

We had a great stay with our family of 5. Great proximity to town, about a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped with everything for our family needs (kitchen, toys, bedding, even bikes). Little touches throughout the home show is it well cared for and loved by the owners. We will be back!

Our family had an excellent experience during our stay at a jumping Off Point in Livingston. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was a comfortable place for us to gather after exploring Yellowstone Park and the surrounding area and share the evening together.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Book it you won’t regret it! We all had a great time and it had everything we all needed! We stayed downstairs with the kiddos, they loved the pool table played morning and when we would get back in the evenings. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Great home with pool table and nice yard

The yard was beautiful and perfect for our 2 little girls. It was my birthday and my partner and I had a nice time playing pool downstairs after our girls fell asleep. We were also doing an RV trip and there was ample parking for our travel trailer.

This was a beautiful property with amazing Mountain Views. The owners had everything you could possibly think of from toiletries, laundry detergent, ear plugs, Saran Wrap, bathrobes, so many dishes!! Beautiful and Impeccable

I was amazed at how clean this house was, and how well stocked it was with the supplies. We had plenty of towels, shampoo's, conditioners, hand soap, toiletries, adequate kitchen supplies such as condiments, paper towels, dishwashing materials, plates, utensils, etc.. I have rented many houses. condo's and cabins throughout the years, and this house was by far the best supplied and cleanest I have been in. We only had to buy our food supplies for 6 days and only had to call the management on the first day just to let them know we would check in about 20 minutes early. Our stay was excellent in a very quiet community. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Amazing Spot!

We had an amazing trip and part of that was staying at this incredible rental. They thought of everything! And they place is so fresh, clean and very spacious! We slept well, enjoyed cooking at the house and it was a perfect base for exploring Livingston and Yellowstone. This rental far exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to anyone headed to this area.
