Situated in a quiet area close to the port.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms: two doubles, one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a single bedroom. Bed linen provided. Two bathrooms with a shower and towels.

Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and tableware. The lounge-dining room has lots of natural light and has a table, chairs, sofas and armchairs and TV. Sea views and access to the outside terrace.

On the balcony, there is outdoor furniture - table and chairs - to enjoy a relaxing time on holiday.

Washing machine, iron, heating. Public parking on the road in front of the apartment.

The apartment is located in a street in front of the port, in the Sant Carles residential area, very close to the beach and the centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
