« A lovely old-fashioned hotel in a stunning setting.
Comfortable, clean, cozy.
On arrival we were surprised to find nobody there even though we'd waited for reception opening time. Our keys were in a plastic bag pinned to a cork board. Explanations were confusing.
Breakfast was an epic adventure. The gas stove had broken down and a tremendous effort was made by staff to provide us with a very good Welsh breakfast that was well worth waiting nearly an hour for.

« Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. »

« The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good »

On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dßner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant. »
