"very lovely staff and pool and hottub , as it is very cheap the jacuzzi cost 1 pound ,so just need 2 pounds for jacuzzi, it has a fridge, microwave and sink very good vaule."

"Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. "Friendly staff very nice room huge super king size bed Very comfy the room has climate control so set it as you wish. Plenty of free parking. Bar stock was a bit low but it is October. Food is really good. The bed was so very comfy would certainly stay here again."

"Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault."
