« Heat/Cooling system has a smell from it. Hot water only warm in the sink. »

« The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best. »

« Horrible parking lot, construction had the bistro closed-no coffee, old air unit-wouldn’t turn off, kept running. »

« This hotel is currently undergoing a remodeling. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very clean and nice. Other parts of the hotel were under remodeling or were very old and dated. Everything seems to be headed in the right direction for this hotel and when they finish the renovations, it should be a very good experience top to bottom. »

« The staff is amazing at this Hyatt place! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! 5 stars all around. The only problem in this quaint area is trying to get an Uber. Otherwise Flint Hyatt place is awesome to visit. »

« The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was lacking and it was probably one of the worst beds I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. Was lucky if I slept two hours total. »

« I really liked how clean the room was, along with the well-stocked amenities. The service was great—very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was decent, even though it was simple (waffles, bread, yogurt, milk, cereal, fruits, etc.). One suggestion for improvement would be housekeeping—perhaps offering room cleaning every two days for guests staying longer than two nights would make the experience even better. Overall, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you! »
