« If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area. »

« We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again. »

« Communication about how to checkin was on time and clear. We just had to unlock the door. The kitchen was great, had everything we could possibly need and more! Measuring cups and spoons, a cover for food in the microwave, good and sharp knives, plenty of glasses, plates as well as pots and pans. I would have appreciated a plastic cup for the bathroom and to take outside. (They may have been there, but I didn’t see them.) It was super clean and very comfortable. »
