London Bridge Station is only 40-42 minutes train ride from Belvedere Station.

In Belvedere Town Centre, you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants and a big Shopping Centre, ASDA.

There is a driveway with free parking for up to 2-3 cars.

The property is located in a residential area - STRICTLY NO PARTIES!

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1 – Good-sized double room with double bed and some storage.

First Floor

Spacious open-plan living and dining area – A large three-seater sofa, a four-seater dining table and a Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming apps. Superfast Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen and dining area – Fully equipped with all the essential kitchen amenities, including an electric hob, oven, toaster, and kettle.

Main bathroom – A full-size bathtub, toilet and washbasin.

Shower room – A shower and washbasin.

Second Floor

Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms and a separate toilet.

Master bedroom – A double-size bed and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – A double bed and wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 – 2x Single Beds and a wardrobe.

Separate toilet.

NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TOWARDS THE NEIGHBOURS AND KEEP NOISE LEVELS TO A MINIMUM ESPECIALLY LATE AT NIGHT.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
