We did not have a good experience in this flat, the bathroom has a strong cigarette smell and the place was not clean, my wife had to go to the doctor and they found bed bug bites in her shoulder.

We booked a twin bedroom share bathroom apartment. Instead we were placed in two single room apartments with the double bed hard up against one wall, no room to open suitcases, our apartment on the 4th (top) floor was very very hot, if you opened the window there were no fly screens and as flies and mosquitoes were entering the room we were forced to sleep with the window closed. We tried to telephone the owner/manager and the phone was never answered. We emailed our concerns and received a reply that did not address the issues we raised. Subsequent emails to the property were not answered. We were so disappointed with the experience we did not stay for the second night that we had paid for and went to a hotel.

Location was great - very close to Bayswater Tube stop but still very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was NOT two bedroom and did not comfortably fit 4 adults - a couple, college student, and senior adult. A double bed was in a loft (with low ceiling that we had to crawl to the bed) and up another 10 very small steps and the other “bed” was a very small futon. Not able to have 2 people sleep in the futon. No room for bags - kept them in the bathroom as that was the biggest area. We sat on the steps, floor and chairs to chat. Fan was nice but hard to open window as you have to move the futon to open window. Small fridge was used.

They did not have the number of beds we were promised. There were bugs all over the floor. Bathroom was disgustingly unclean. A very terrible experience.

We booked an "apartment " with 2 beds and a couch and got a 10x12 room with a couch that had a loft style"bedroom" with a 3 foot high ceiling! Only 1 bed! It did have a small electric stove top that didnt work. Several of the outlets didnt work. They are totally contactless so there was no one to talk to about any of the issues we had. I emailed and called and got no response until the night before we were due to leave when they emailed asking what time we plan to check out, without mentioning my requests for assistance. The place was wildly misrepresented. On the plus side we felt reasonably safe and it was clean with no weird insects or anything. We were looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple nights but this place was not cheap enough to justify the conditions.

Soy un viajero frecuente y jamas un hotel me había hostigado tanto como este!!. Muchos mails previos a mi llegada totalmente innecesarios pidiendo que confirmara una reservación que ya estaba pagada. En sus correos "amenazan" con cobrar sumas de exageradas de dinero en caso de que por accidente se pierda la llave.Jamás especifican (hasta un par de dias previos al check in) que no ha recepción. Nunca contestaron el teléfono y absolutamente nadie da la cara. La habitación es vieja y descuidada (nada que ver con las fotos). La limpieza a la llegada es muy cuestionable y nunca en los 3 días que estuve hicieron el aseo de la habitación. Como si no fuera suficiente, un día antes de mi check out de nuevo empieza el acoso por mail pidiendo que se especifique la hora exacta de salida (si existe una hora de check out no veo necesidad). La limpieza del edificio es muy mala. La ducha tenía fugas y el piso de la misma es muy resbaloso y peligroso.

We loved the location - close to the Bayswater tube station and only a 15 minute walk to Paddington Station. For some reason, there was a lot of thumping around on the floor above us early every morning. This was very annoying! We had booked the room for 3 people. Given the super location, we expected the room to be small. But the pullout couch completely blocked the door to the wardrobe and we couldn't use it. Given that space was such a priority, this was a pity. But the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We were a bit apprehensive about renting a basement room, but the large window solved that worry.

Other than the convenient location, this was a very disappointing place to stay for three nights. It was not clean, the space was tiny with barely enough space for luggage and two guests. Although there were signs indicating it was non-smoking, there was a strong stench of smoke in the hall and in our room throughout our stay. The only shelving unit to place things was falling off the wall. I emailed to ask a question about the shower, and never received a response.

Struttura senza arte nè parte, per soggiorni brevi se devi solo dormire e non vivere in albergo ( studio, lavoro). Stanza da bagno minuscola per tre persone, lavandino pure, doccia decente. L'angolo cottura non l'abbiamo usato, provato ad adoperare il frigo ma chiuso da chissà quanto tempo, quando l'ho aperto è uscito un odore di stantio che per farlo andare via dalla stanza ho dovuto vaporizzare il mio profumo. Locali non fumatori, purtroppo c'era puzza di fumo in ogni dove.Per il resto, la posizione è ottima.

Lo unico bueno la ubicacion. Pesimo estado del mobiliario y el edificio parece de carton. Matafuegos por todas partes y alarma antiincendio que se disparo 2 veces en una noche. Salimos a la calle en pijama hasta que los bomberos autorizaron el regreso. Nos fuimos antes no obstante estar pago
