The Space:

THE SPACE: A one-bedroom apartment on a quiet, red-brick Fitzrovia street — 313 sqft / 29 sqm of characterful, open-plan living. Second floor, no lift.



LIVING AREA: An open-plan living and dining room with a comfortable sofa (which folds out to a sofa bed), a foldaway dining table for two, and a wall-mounted smart TV. Warm floor lamps, oak flooring and a hand-woven kilim rug give it a relaxed, lived-in feel — an easy space to come back to after a day in town.



BEDROOM: A calm double bedroom with hotel-quality white linen, a decorative headboard, bedside storage and built-in shelving. Set to the rear, away from the street.



BATHROOM: A private shower room with a walk-in corner shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.



KITCHEN: A compact fitted kitchen in white gloss with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge — everything needed for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

Guest Access:

Self check-in is via a KeyCafe lockbox located a 2-minute walk from the apartment, where your keys are stored. The collection code, along with any other check-in instructions, is sent 24 hours prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzrovia is one of central London's best-kept secrets — a village of quiet, red-brick streets tucked between the West End and Regent's Park, with the BT Tower rising overhead.



Charlotte Street and Goodge Street sit on the doorstep, home to some of the city's most-loved restaurants, cafés and wine bars. Oxford Street shopping is a short walk south, while Regent's Park offers green space to the north. The bookshops, galleries and pubs of Bloomsbury are minutes east.



Central enough to walk almost everywhere, calm enough to come home to.

On booking, guests will be asked to choose one of the following:



Option A — Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee of £25, which covers you for up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay.



Option B — Security Deposit: A hold of £250 placed on your card at check-in. This is fully released within 2 days of check-out, provided no damage is reported.



Both options are straightforward — whichever suits you best.
