Spacious 4-Bed Home near St Paul’s & Farringdon - Pass the Keys

This is one of those homes that gives you a surprising amount of space right in the middle of London. Set across the ground floor and basement, there’s room to properly settle in, with four bedrooms, a separate lounge, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms and an extra WC. With one king-size bed and three doubles, it works especially well for families or groups. Farringdon, St Paul’s, Bank and the Barbican are all a short walk away, with excellent Tube and Elizabeth line links nearby.

What I really like about this home is how much space it gives you in such a central part of London. Set across the ground floor and basement, it feels more like a proper city home than a typical central flat, with separate rooms for relaxing, eating and cooking rather than everything being squeezed into one space.

The lounge has a cosy, grown-up feel, with deep tones, comfortable seating and a smart TV — a lovely place to switch off after a day out. The separate dining room gives everyone somewhere to sit together properly, whether that’s for breakfast before heading out or dinner back at home.

The kitchen is practical and well equipped, with modern appliances and a coffee machine, so it works just as well for a quick start to the day as it does for cooking something more substantial.
There are four bedrooms in total, with one king-size bed and three double beds, giving everyone proper sleeping space. With two full bathrooms and a separate WC, the layout also makes the home much easier to share when several people are staying together.

The home is tastefully decorated and has a warm, settled feel throughout. It’s comfortable without being fussy, with enough space to unpack, relax and actually live in the property rather than simply use it as a place to sleep.

To help you settle in, we’ll leave a starter welcome pack with complimentary tea and coffee, travel-sized toiletries, and everyday essentials such as loo roll, kitchen roll and washing-up bits to get you through the first few days.

Then there’s the location. Farringdon, St Paul’s, Bank and the Barbican are all within easy walking distance, with restaurants, cafés and pubs close by. Farringdon also gives you access to the Elizabeth line, making travel across London — and towards Heathrow — particularly straightforward.

It’s the kind of place that works beautifully when you want to be right in the middle of London, but still come back to somewhere with space to breathe at the end of the day.

As this is a very central London location, you may hear some normal city sounds from time to time, especially during busier periods.

You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked for permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

A few helpful notes before your stay, so everything feels easy from arrival to check-out.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. If you’d like to arrive a little earlier or leave a little later, please let us know in advance. We’ll always try to help where we can, though this is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Please do make sure you’re ready to check out on time, as our cleaning team often arrives promptly to prepare the home for the next guests. Unauthorised early arrivals or late check-outs are charged at £20 per half hour.

Lift & Stairs
Please note there is no lift in the building.
As the home is set across the ground floor and basement, there are also stairs within the property. Families with little ones should keep this in mind and supervise younger children carefully around the staircase.

Parking
There is no private parking at the property.
For guests driving into London, Smithfield Car Park is around a 5-minute walk away at West Smithfield, EC1A 9DS. It is open 24 hours and offers hourly and 24-hour parking. Current rates are around £4.50 per hour or £32 for 24 hours.

Family Facilities
A travel cot is available to hire for £40, which covers delivery and collection. Please bring your own cot bedding.

If you’d also like a high chair, we can provide both the travel cot and high chair for a total of £45 for your stay. Please request these in advance so we have enough time to arrange them before arrival.

Keys
We’ll send clear instructions before check-out on where to leave the keys. Please follow these carefully, as missing a step can delay the cleaning team and affect the next guests arriving.

A £50 fee applies if keys are not returned correctly. Lost keys requiring lock replacement will incur a £100 charge. If you are locked out and we need to attend the property, there is a £60 call-out fee.

Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking home. A £200 fee will apply if smoking is detected.

Extra Guests & Noise
Only guests included on the booking are permitted to stay, unless agreed with us in advance.

This is a central London home, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a respectful level and do not host parties or play loud music. Breaching either rule may result in a £250 fine.

Lost Property
Please have a good look around before you leave. Forgotten items are handled by a third-party courier, who charges a minimum of £25 per item, plus delivery costs.

Linen for Longer Stays
For stays of 21 nights or more, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose either a fresh linen delivery or to rehire the current set, which we’ll collect after check-out. Both options are billed the same.

Property Management
This home is professionally managed by Pass the Keys®, offering thoughtful hospitality in unique homes.
You’ll have fresh linen, quality toiletries, 24/7 guest support and a dedicated local team on hand throughout your stay. The property has also been personally inspected and approved to meet our Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
