He made sure we had anything we needed but always respected our privacy. This is a quintessential little boathouse on one of the prettiest harbors on the island. Highly recommended. »

« We spent a few days to attend a family wedding. We were 7 and the house was extremely comfortable for all of us. The house is 2 floors and there is no bathroom upstairs so keep that in mind when assigning sleeping arrangements. We found a well stocked welcome basket and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect as it is in the middle of wine country, less than 2 miles from the beach and near quaint little towns. We would definitely stay there again. »

« We loved the home it was comfortable and very clean. The host had left some bottled waters and a selection of coffee pods, teas, creamers, sugars and some little chocolates too, which was a nice touch and unexpected. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was also provided in each bathroom. The location of the home was perfect for our visit to Ocean Beach Park (5 minute walk), Waterford Beach Park, Harkness Memorial State Park and the Lyman Allyn Art Museum in New London.
