« We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties. This is among the very best of them. Everything was as described, actually even better. Super comfortable and quiet. Every convenience of home waiting for us ready to go. The views are amazing! Fished off the dock and caught Mangrove Snapper and Grunt. Condo is close to local restaurants. I would most definitely stay here again. Just book it! »

« I believe this is our 3rd time staying in this condo. There is a reason we keep coming back! The condo is always immaculate and well stocked. The grounds and the swimming pool are always clean. The private beach is never crowded and pristine. The owner Michael, is just a phone call away and always has wonderful suggestions for dining and activities. Michael goes above and beyond to make a visit to his condo a perfect vacation. »

« We loved our stay ! Has not only everything we needed as accurately described (clean and comfortable) but what we wanted + an Easy access to the private beach and to thé swimming pool. The The owner of the place could not have been more responsive to our questions but also provided very valuable information (activities, restaurants and much more. All those great places are only at 10mns drive max. »

« The only problem I had was it was not ocean views like the description says. Our view from our balcony was a restaurant that was out of business. It was important to me to have a ocean view. »

« We very much enjoyed the condo. We had a beautiful view from our balcony which was very relaxing. The condo and grounds were very well kept. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner provided everything we needed. Jeanette responded immediately to our inquiry. We met some very lovely people during our stay and we are happy we chose the Seagull for our vacation. »

« Holy moly - we had a perfect trip! STEPS FROM THE BEACH! We spent each day out by the ocean with the lounge chairs provided by the development. We read, swam around, watched the boats..sometimes napped. After going out for dinner each night, we came back and sat by the ocean to look at the stars. The ONLY thing I have that's even remotely a negative has absolutely nothing to do with our unit or property manager. The development only had 3 moveable umbrellas down by the beach, and zero moveable...

« Property was neat, clean, and well equipped. Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, quiet and relaxing property. Great gym and clean well maintained pool area. Location was very close to restaurants, grocery store, and excursions. Owners were great to deal with, very prompt with all communications and checked on us after our arrival. Will be back again »
