« This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). « We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise. »
