If you’re searching for any of the following, this is your place: secluded, riverside, hot tub, hammock, nature, fire pit, cabin, grill. Not only does it check all those boxes it’s 5 minutes from Estes Park. Check in and check out were flawless. Other than some firewood, everything you need is provided (even some basic spices and coffee!). »

« Base camp for hiking in the Indian Peaks Wilderness and southern Estes Park. Easy walk to Nederland, with a couple great eateries (New Moon Cafe, Kathmandu restaurant) and groceries. Don't miss the amazing rock shop in town!Place was clean, comfortable for two guys. One used the bedroom (a little tight around the edges, but with excellent reading lights), the other a fold-out memory foam queen mattress. « We stayed in the Sundance cabin at The Rustic Acre and loved it! The cabin was clean, with a comfy bed and a quiet, roomy studio-style layout. The hot shower and jacuzzi tub were perfect, and we really enjoyed the great coffee and coffee machine provided. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend! »

« Very cute cozy cabin. Very private nice access to river. My dogs loved it and he deck was nice for them. Maintenance man checking the property to keep the place safe and kept. We felt very comfortable. Great location the hot tub under starry night was sweet. »
