have never been treated with such hostility and unprofessionalism at a hotel. I only stayed here due to a last-minute issue with my movers; otherwise, I would have stayed elsewhere.
I booked through Expedia, like many travelers do, and was spoken to rudely and told the hotel “doesn’t make money” from third-party bookings—which makes no sense if you choose to advertise on those platforms. Any policies regarding third-party reservations should be clearly posted or communicated. They were not.
I was also denied recognition as a stay-over guest, seemingly because I rebooked through Expedia. I’ve traveled for years and have never experienced this anywhere else. My second night was unexpected and only because I became ill. Had that not happened, I would have left and stayed somewhere that treats guests better.
The room itself was nowhere near worth the price. Sheets were worn and overdue for replacement, furniture was heavily used, appliances were outdated and poorly cleaned, walls and doors were stained, and towels were discolored, smelled unpleasant, and resembled cleaning rags rather than guest linens.
This property is priced far above what it offers. Due to repeated unfair treatment, I will never stay here again and would strongly advise future guests to consider other options.
