„Die Kommunikation zw. Unterkunft und Kunde kann sehr verbessert werden. Wir hätten durch ein Missverständnis fast unseren Schlüssel nicht bekommen. Hier wäre es schön gewesen Feedback zur bereits getätigten Kommunikation zu haben. Leider war dies nur mit Hilfe von Expedia möglich.“

„Easy access and good area“

„What a find! This exquisite Palace was built in 1500 and has been beautifully set up with several rooms and breakfast and seating areas. The host, who has lived in this beautiful building for 30 years, was extremely helpful and kind. On the morning that I was going to leave it was pouring rain and he let me check out later.“

„The Apartments are close to the train station Padova, just a 2 minutes walk away. You need to pick up the keys at the reception of the Grand Italia Hotel. On the corner you can find a McDonalds (also a McCafe) and opposite a good SPAR supermarket. The room itself was clean and nice, the view was not so great, but hey... We got enough towels and there was also shower gel and shampoo. All in all we were satisfied (8 of 10). What we didn't like so much: maybe the street is a bit spooky ...
