GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Ray et Sandy. L'appartement était grand, confortable, bien placé et beaucoup de choses, dont nous avions besoin, étaient à notre disposition, y compris dans la cuisine. La piscine après une journée de visite est un plus ! Nous recommanderons ce logement et nous y séjournerions encore si nous avions à revenir à L.A

Apartment was clean and very well equipped. Pantry was well stocked, fresh quart of milk and a dozen eggs in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch. Conviently located near I-5. We will stay again.

Great Place!!!
My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️

Nice accommodations near LAEC
We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!

A great find in a great location
The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!

The apartment was spacey, clean, updated, in a great location. We did not use the pool due to the temperature, but we might use it next time we book. Ray was very attentive and the pantry and fridge were stock with essentials. I cannot stress enough what a great stay we had and totally recommend this place for your next stay.

Gracious hosts and convenient location
Hosts communicated well and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with a surprising amount of food - you should definitely check-in before heading to the grocery store! The location was great for our itinerary (WB Studio Tour, Universal Studios, seeing the Hollywood sign). The drive to Disneyland was a little longer (about an hour in weekday morning traffic), but not bad at all. My husband and teens enjoyed going for a run in Griffith Park. Thanks for everything!

Great host!
A wonderful location for those going to Universal Studios or Warner Bros tour. Close to Griffith Park access and of course then there’s the rest of LA by car…and a designated parking spot! The pool was well kept and the living space was stocked with everything you need to relax after a long day: a big tv, pantry staples, towels and blankets. We are very pleased with our stay.

Home away from home
I booked this place because of the location. All the places I planned to visit were within 30 minutes drive. The apartment was well furnished and stocked with essentials. A life saver in the middle of the night. Chevron was also right across the street. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Ray & Sandy really thought of everything. They also let me drop off my luggages before checkin time. Very accommodating. My family and I enjoyed our stay. i highly recommend this place.

Perfect location for Universal Trip
We drove from WY state to visit Disney and Universal. (Stayed at hotel near Disney then here for Universal days.) It was so nice to have a place to call home for a couple days away from chaos after visiting Universal, and to be able to come back and make a real meal and real breakfast before leaving. It was a quick easy drive over to Universal. Place had everything we needed and then some. Spacious, quiet. The well stocked fridge and pantry put it over the top. Everything from eggs, milk, butter, creamer, salad dressing, to popcorn, cereal, pancake mix, and every spice I’d need. Pool was chilly even for WY kids in March, and in the middle of complex where people live full time so didn’t really feel like kids could blow off energy from long car ride with loud voices unlike when you’re at a hotel pool that is isolated, but overall was a great space and would definitely recommend! Quick easy communication with owners.

Perfect space for a family!
So many details Ray & Sandy thought of made this an amazing place to stay! When we got there, calm music was playing, chocolates were on the coffee table, everything was clean and neat, and it felt so inviting! We really enjoyed our week. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved being so close to Griffith park, especially the zoo. We would love to stay again and this will be the first place I check the next time we head to California!

Home Away from Home
This is our second time staying at Ray and Sandy's property, and like the first time, everything was fantastic! We ended up checking in a bit early as it was storming and my son needed to use the restroom. When we got there, Ray was actually still in the process of having the apartment cleaned. He allowed my son to used the restroom and let us wait inside while he finished getting it cleaned up. We chatted with Sandy as we waited. They are the sweetest and most welcoming hosts. Location is perfect as everything was within a 15 minute drive. This time around we got to enjoy Universal Studios as the weather cleared up the next day and that park was pretty empty which was a plus for us. I would definitely recommend staying at this property - clean, well stocked fridge and pantry (very much appreciated), comfy beds, designated parking space, close proximity to Universal Studios and dining places. Thank you!

Quiet, Clean, and Great location
This was a great property to stay at. Easy freeway access. Close to the studios, Pasadena, Hollywood, Griffith Park, Dodger Stadium, and lots of other places. Unit was super clean, quiet, extremely well appointed and stocked, comfortable beds. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely stay again.

The most kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. Superbly clean and comfortable space. Easy (and accommodating) check-in process. The staples that were stocked in the fridge and pantry which I was invited to enjoy just made this stay over the top. Thank you, Ray and Sandy, for making me feel so welcome! We loved everything about staying here. The place was very clean, cute, and had many amenities. The location was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. It was about 15 minutes to the park with traffic. We will definitely be back!

Great Place!
It was an aweosme stay for a family of six. We were comfortable and felt safe. It was less than 15 minutes from Universal Studio. The layout was optimal and we were able to cook meals with assortment of cookwares and utensils provided. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The host was gracious enough to stock the fridge with essentials (milk, eggs, cheese, etc.). It was greatly appreaciated since we checked in late and didn't have to worry about getting grocery for the next morning.

Tudo certo conforme combinado. O espaço é bem limpo, novo(parece reformado), com todos os itens essenciais para estadia. Camas confortáveis, toalhas limpas a disposição. Raymond foi bem atencioso conosco, disponibilizando itens básicos para que possamos usar na cozinha para preparar nossa propria comida. Parabens ao anfitrioes. O local também é bem facil de chegar, com acessos bem facilitados aos pontos turisticos proximos.

We've stayed at many VRBO properties across the country and this was probably the cleanest, most well stocked and overall comfortable we have had. Location for us was good, with good restaurants, coffee and grocery nearby. Location was good for visiting a variety of sites as well. Hosts are on site, friendly and helpful. Would re-book if we were to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Riverside Rancho! Perfect location to explore LA (only a few minutes from the Hollywood sign), quiet at night, nice views, well equipped kitchen and fridge and pantry filled with basics. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect home away from home
We had an amazing time staying at this apartment complex. Everything was perfect - from the communication with Ray before we arrived, the easy checking in, the cleanliness of the apartment, and simple check out. As everyone has mentioned, fridge and pantry was stocked upon our arrival which was very kindly of Ray and Sandy to do. There were plenty of eateries within 3 miles of the complex, and the drive to Universal Studios was no more than 15 mins. I would definitely stay here again when heading back to LA/Burbank area.

Great Stay.
We had a great time. Very comfortable. Easy check in and super easy check out. They don't require you to clean the whole place like some others I've stayed at, which is so nice when you need to leave early. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would stay again.

Lovely and restful stay
The flat was spacious and airy with windows and a nice terrace. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked with all the essentials, which we truly appreciated! The bedrooms were spacious and matress super comfy. We loved the 60s vibe of the building and had a dip in the pool! Ray was great at communicating and was gracious in regards to our requests. If we're ever back in LA, we shall be returning!

Marvelous Unit - Central Location
My husband and I were on a spectacular 5-day adventure with our 11-year-old granddaughter. The unit was perfect, giving each of us space to spread out. We made breakfast each morning and a number of evening meals. We were 15 minutes from Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood sign snd Hollywood stars. The two days that we went to Disney properties, we rose early for the 50 minute drive. The unit is well maintained, and the photos on VRBO are good. The hosts were responsive. We definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful holiday!
The owners, Ray and Sandy, went above and beyond. This place was very well stocked with everything you can think of. Having some food and water for a late night check in was very much appreciated! This place was everything we hoped it would be and more. Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Great place to come back to after a long day of sight-seeing and have a beautiful heated pool to jump into. Ray was very responsive to any questions I had and was willing to let us stay a bit longer, since no one was coming in after us, to wait out Tropical Storm Hilary. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if coming back to the LA area.

Van buiten zou je het niet zeggen maar de hoek die wij hadden, nr 14, was ruim en gerenoveerd. Fijne bedden, goed aangekleed appartement. De manager Richard zorgt goed voor je, antwoordt direct en aardig. Zwembad was schoon en lekker om even af te koelen. Fijne uitvalsbasis om LA te verkennen.

When you approach the building, it looks a little bit odd but once you walk in to your room, it’s very clean and welcoming, It actually feels like home! It was a beautiful space to gather with the family! Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-kept, they even had food! My family and I are planning our second trip and this is the place will continue to stay.

Quiet little place
12-20 minute drive from Universal. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy when we first pulled in, but we didn't have any problems and even went for a late night walk. Very quiet building. A lot nicer on the inside of the courtyard and the inside of the condo. Parking spot is tight, but we were able to squeeze our SUV into it.
