Best place to stay in Santa Calrita/Valencia!
I’m a traveler RN working at a hospital near by (only 3 mins away!) and this place could not have been more perfect! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is cozy, clean and quiet. You get an amazing view of the pool and jacuzzi. Parking is never an issue. You get 2 assigned parking in a secured garage and plenty of visitor parking. The neighbors are friendly and overall a safe community. Also, very pet friendly:). Location of the place is awesome. Everything is so close by…even walkable! There’s Starbucks, grocery stores, target, the mall, lots of food places to choose from, and even a big park with lots of trails all in walking distance. And there’s so much more! The property owner, Cyndi, has been awesome from the very beginning. She is kind and very helpful. She responds very quickly via text and/call. I can communicate with her very easily if I had any issues, but so far, I have none! I can’t ask for a better place to stay at while working in Santa Clarita. I really got lucky with this one :). Thank you!
