Located in the heart of Belmont Shore, Long Beach, this home is just steps from 2nd Street’s lively shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. Just a short drive to attractions; The Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, Naples Canals. Centrally located to drive to Disney, Los Angeles, Huntington Beach and more.

THE HOME:

The home consists of a 2 bedroom bottom floor apartment and a private studio on the top floor. There’s a front and back yard which both spaces have shared access to. Perfect for large groups and multi families. It has central air (AC/heating).

Property disclosure:

We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. These are to ensure we can operate the home respectfully while having fun :)

• 1 active camera located at the front door.
• Camera is only activated by motion and will record video and audio for a short duration of time.
• The camera is located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy.

Guest access
The entire ground floor apartment, right hand side of the garage, front and back patio is accessible.

By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules:

House Rules:

1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is not allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 9.30pm - 8am. There is a noise detector on site which will alert you and the host if noise levels are too high for a period of 10 minutes. This device does not record any sound. Any noise complaints from our neighbors will result in early termination of your stay. We will dispatch our local security team to escort guests off the premises. In the event of early termination due to violation of House Rules, your reservation will be non-refundable. In the event our security team is called out due to a noise complaint, guests are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

3. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels.

4. Each lost, missing, or damaged remote has a replacement cost of $200 each.

5. Vehicle owners are advised to read street parking signs. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.

6. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.

7. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

8. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 USD penalty per person, per night.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

12. No pets allowed.

13. There is 1 security camera and 1 noise detector: Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

14. By booking, you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents or deaths that happen inside or outside the property.

15. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.

16. Hot Tub Waiver: Use at your own risk. Children under 5 are prohibited. Children 5+ must use with extreme caution and supervision. The host is not responsible for any injuries or health issues.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & AGREEMENTS:

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service.

EVENTS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY:
The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Homeowner and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
