I really enjoy staying at this place. They’re always have the best customer service front desk is always on point. They serve you with the sense of urgency in the timely manner. The room was extra clean and very happy with it. It’s around a lot of restaurants so it’s that was a good thing and then in the morning they have their complementary breakfast, which is amazing, I consider this place like five stars all the way thank you guys. The registration and breakfast employees were very attentive and professional. All areas, public restroom, office, cafe, perimeter of property, my room, parking was all very clean. Very appreciative of the amenities in my room as well. The fridge was big enough to hold my cooler foods, as well freezing my cooler ice pack. It was a very pleasant surprise that this hotel made my trip such an awesome experience. I almost lost faith in hotel service from traveling this past year across the US with such poor quality hotels. Thank you for your dedication.

Noisy construction 8 in the morning, hotel have no fence around property make you feeling uncomfortable cause your door is by the main road. Toilet flash have no pressure at all, it clog u with little tissues. Air conditioner is not very efficient. Only good new that they provide microwave and water kettle. Bed was super soft and unsupportive.

We enjoyed our stay so much it was hard to go back home. The bed and pillows were so comfy, the sheets and covers on the bed were clean and soft. We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff is very nice and are very effective at their job. The property is old, but has some updates, such as TVs, linens , and bedding. The room still felt a bit dated when it comes to lighting -- the room I was in flickered throughout the night. Other than that, it was in a very convenient location to delicious food spots.

We want to check out 1 day early and the property manager makes it sound like Expedia is the decision maker and Expedia does not allow refund. When in fact, we verify with Expedia and the Best Western corporate office that the property manager is the decision maker. It’s okay to not allow refund, but it’s not okay to lie and not take the responsibility. We talked to him upon check out and he finally acknowledged that he is the one who decides not to give any refund. Expedia did everything in a timely fashion and tried to help us as much as they could.

The hotel overall not so bad, the only issue we had once we opened the room door smells like smoking room, the BIGGEST thing was parking $48,$48,$48….most important is $48 per night. Plus CANNOT find parking spot even paid $48. Drove around for 55 minutes couldn’t find a parking spot

Staff was very professional and helpful. Facility was very safe with good lighting and security cameras. Parking was abundant with onsite security for the parking lot overnight. Room was clean and fresh. Clean meaning... linens were starch white. tv remote, alarm clock and surfaces thoroughly cleaned. No dust on sprinkler heads in ceiling, top of dresser, top of head board. Filters in AC unit were brand new. Convenient location adjacent to highway.

Dear Wenling Li,I understand you have to check out early, and you're not happy about not being able to receive a refund for not staying for days. I like to advise you to always check the limitations of the rate penalty that you book. It will affect your rights when you decide to early check out. Or you can purchase travel insurance that the App agency had offered to you at booking to avoid future misunderstandings. Don't take it out from the hotel end, for we are here to provide you service, not your actions. We wish you the best.
