Downstairs, the living room offers additional sleeping accommodations with a sleeper sofa and a separate twin bed, making the townhouse a convenient option for couples, families, or small groups.

The first floor includes a comfortable living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, half bath, and a dedicated workspace nook with a desk, rolling chair, and lamp.

Step outside to an exclusive-use patio reserved for your stay. The townhouse also includes air conditioning and one dedicated on-site parking space. An additional residential street-parking permit may be available upon request.

The townhouse is located within a small, peaceful five-unit residential property, and we live on-site. There are no shared interior spaces, so the townhouse and patio are exclusively for your use during your stay. A shared on-site laundry room is also available for added convenience.

The neighborhood is one of the best parts of the stay. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Erewhon, neighborhood cafés, restaurants, and everyday conveniences are nearby, while Santa Monica Beach, Montana Avenue, Downtown Santa Monica, and many Westside Los Angeles destinations are just minutes away.

This property is best suited for guests looking for a comfortable, peaceful residential stay rather than a party or event environment. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM, and only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Smoking, parties, events, and outside visitors are not permitted.

For guest safety and property security, exterior motion-activated cameras monitor outdoor common-access areas only. Cameras record video only; there are no cameras or recording devices inside the townhouse.
