Die Lager der Unterkunft an der Marina und nicht weit zu allen Restaurants von Redondo Pier ist klasse. Am ersten Tag fand kein Zimmerservice Stadt ohne Ankündigung und dafür bezahlt man 30 $ Resort Fee. Auch am zweiten Tag fand trotz dreimaliger Aufforderung kein Zimmerservice statt. Die 30 $ habe ich zwar erstattet bekommen, aber für ein Hotel das ich in dieser Kategorie befindet ist so etwas nicht akzeptabel.

Ich komme schon jahrelang und 2 mal im Jahr in dieses Hotel und hatte mir beim einchecken etwas mehr Entgegenkommen erwartet. Wir mussten zweieinhalb Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten sogar nach 16 Uhr und dem Zimmer und Bett war anzusehen dass es schnell in Ordnung gebracht wurde. am Schluss wollte ich mit einem Manager sprechen und für den ganzen Durcheinander Ein Entgegenkommen in Form des Parkens erbitten, aber es war niemand dafür zuständig oder zu sprechen, nicht gut.

Like most coastal hotels, we do charge for parking; however, we are pleased to offer both self and valet parking at a lower average rate than many of the hotels in the immediate vicinity. Es war im Grossen und Ganzen eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel jedoch mussten wir bereits um 12:00 auschecken was in meinen Augen relativ unflexibel ist. Unser Flug war um 19:20 und die an der Rezeption sind uns gar nicht entgegen gekommen. Selbst den Transfer wollten Sie uns nicht mehr rufen, da Die Dame kein Bock hatte. Höchst wahrscheinlich kein Bock mehr oder den Schnauz voll. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Parkplatzgebühren von 28/Tag sind viel zu hoch angesetzt. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen trotzdem war es ziemlich angenehm. Das Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend nett.

This is my third or fourth time staying at the Portifino Hotel. Prior stays were wonderful causing me to return. I especially enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of both the rooms and surroundings..This stay however was different. We stayed in beautiful suite with an amazing view of the ocean and enjoyed the calls of Sealions. We were disappointed by the suites insect problems. Ants, silverfish, and roaches permanent residents. We told the front desk and was given a $100 discount for having been bitten all night long. Laughable considering that doesn't even cover my parking cosys.

Room on Expedia was listed as Marina view (straight into car hoods from slider and window). It was a pure parking lot view. Before I even saw the room, I asked at check-in if I could not be on the ground floor (woman only traveling). They said the Marina room could only be off the first floor if I paid an up charge of $80 per night. Will never stay here again for work.

The bed and pillows had a bad smell of dogs. The tall blonde valet guy was so rude, he needs to relax, he can't handle more than one car! The water was shut off by the county from 8p-10p, this changed everything for a Saturday night! This place is run down, smells and looks old, not worth the price at all, stay across the street for half the cost.

The room and view are amazing. The only downside is it costs $40 a day to park whether you or valet does the parking. Very easy to walk to the pier and restaurants close by. They also have live entertainment and restaurant on site.

Great hotel. Oceanfront room was amazing. Listening to the sealions from our bed and watching the sunset. Good breakfast options. Bar in Balleen was too cold to enjoy. Shame the bar in the main hotel was not open when we were there. Staff friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again. Recommend bikes and kayaks. Bike path all along the beach and kayak out to the sealions on the barge.

They charge you $40 for parking and $35 for a hidden resort fees when you check out for no reason. Walls are paper thin and our TV was unusable because it kept saying loading.

A bit pricey for a one night stay, no one sits on the outside balcony? I think because of the smell from the seals? Bed was ok not as comfortable as we thought it would be for the price, at night i called the front desk to see if there was a light switch for the balcony front desk guy said he would send someone to turn it on but no one came? So i called the front desk to cancel he didn't care?
