Sleeping arrangements
The guesthouse can accommodate up to 4 people max.
* 1 Queen-size bed
* 1 Full-size folding memory-foam mattress
* 1 Air mattress located in the bedroom closet
* A second air mattress is available upon request instead of the full-size folding mattress

Please let us know in advance if you need a different sleeping arrangement.

* First-aid kit located under the bathroom sink
*Some cleaning supplies under the bathroom sink

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette does not have a stove and includes:
* Nespresso coffee machine

* Microwave with built-in stainless-steel air fryer

* Knife set with knife block
* Plates, bowls, cups, forks, knives, and spoons

COFFEE & SUPPLIES
Nespresso coffee pods: We provide 1 coffee pod per registered guest per day, for stays up to 5 days.

For stays of 5+ days, complimentary supplies, snacks, and coffee pods may be provided as a courtesy, but they are not unlimited or replenished throughout the entire stay.

For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional coffee pods, food, snacks, paper products, toiletries, and other personal or household supplies they may need beyond what is initially provided.

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the guesthouse stocked fairly for all guests.

BABY ITEMS
If you are traveling with a baby or small child and need a Pack ’n Play/portable crib, one can be provided upon request. Please let us know ahead of time so we can have it ready for your arrival.

PARKING
Street parking is available.
Please park on the street. Do not park in the driveway.

Street cleaning: Mondays and Tuesdays. Please check posted street-cleaning signs and plan accordingly.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

Your keyless-entry code will automatically activate at 3:00 PM. We need the time between guests to properly clean and prepare the guesthouse.

Early check-in is not available.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Please check out on time so we can prepare the guesthouse for the next guests.

Late check-outs after 11:00 AM may result in a $200 late check-out fee.


PROPERTY & DAMAGE POLICY
Please treat the guesthouse and surrounding property with care and respect.

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay, including damage to flooring, walls, furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens, upholstery, utensils, appliances, or other items provided in the guesthouse.

If you notice any damage or issue upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

If accidental damage occurs during your stay, please be transparent and contact us right away. We are happy to work with guests to address issues as quickly as possible.

HOUSE RULES
* Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind.
* NO parties or events.
* NO unregistered guests.
* NO pets.
* Please respect quiet hours and the surrounding home/property.
* Guests are responsible for following all house rules during their stay.

Violations of house rules may result in additional fees and/or involvement of Airbnb, as applicable.
