I’ll start with when I got there. It was super dark and midnight. It was super hard to find the key or even the front door. Super dark not clear marked as far as the inside of the house it was clean, but it was definitely used up Moore I just say the things that were good. The oven was brand new Television was brand new in the toilet was brand new everything else like the bed the desk chair the kitchen table and chairs just wore out and need replacing. The bed should be replaced before the next person rinse it. Both sides of the king size bed had giant divots. I ended up sleeping on the couch for two nights. The coffee table looks like they found it outside by the curb on trash day. It was actually broken and propped up to look better the desk chair look like they found it right next to the thrown out coffee table oh yeah, the water pressure there is none. The water just falls out of the showerhead it was hard to get the soap off and it backed up when I was standing in soapy water the whole time. It was OK for me by myself, but I can grab a blanket and sleep on the floor, but if my son and his mother were with me, we probably would have gone to the Burbank motel. And I recommend to the owner to either rent or purchase a power washer and a couple gallons of bleach and wash all the walkways and the side of the house that faces the alley. It was bad and you should patch the hole in the concrete that goes to the front door. I actually stumbled in it.
