Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, both living areas, kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities.

The home has its own private entrance with a smart lock for convenient contactless self check-in.

Guests may also enjoy the shared backyard, which includes sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. A separate Airbnb is located at the back of the property, with its own private entrance on the right side of the house. There are no shared indoor spaces.

Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Additional street parking is available with a parking pass provided by the host.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in El Camino Village, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, major freeways, LAX, and nearby South Bay destinations. El Camino College and several shopping centers are also nearby.

A separate Airbnb is located at the back of the property with its own private entrance on the right side of the house and separate living space. The backyard is the only shared area between the two accommodations.

For parking, 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Additional vehicles may use street parking with a parking pass provided by the host.

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to respect neighboring residents.

Before checkout, please gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn off appliances and lights, lock the doors, and notify the host upon departure.
