„House was lovely. It was in a cul de sac with other similar houses. I felt safe and everything in the house was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with most of what we needed t o make breakfast each day. The hot tub was a nice addition. “

„Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful. “

The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me, and the pillows were fluffy. There was a stocked coffee station in the kitchen which is also very important. „Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.“

„This house and location is absolutely stunning! We have rented many homes globally and this was our favorite. Perfect for a large group/couple of families to relax, all dine together, all hang by the pool, etc... We had such a blast each night in the theatre room singing karaoke (machine not included). „The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy ...

Every amenity is thoughtfully provided and of above average quality. The walk to the beach is easy, and the view from the deck is outstanding.
