« Staff were very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. This was the same at breakfast and in the evening. Our room however was a little tired. New pillows needed. The bathroom was divided into two ‘cupboard ‘ type arrangements. Rather odd . The outside lighting which came on late In the evening lit the room quite brightly when trying to sleep. « Great hotel with boutique rooms. The staff were simply amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and although a bit tired in places was spotlessly clean. We upgraded from continental breakfast to full English and omg, it was so good and a very large portion. I must also mention the coffee which was, and this is no exaggeration the best we have ever tasted, it was from ‘Forge’ coffee roasters in Sheffield if you are interested.
