« The host was genuinely caring and quite personable. She herself detected that something was suffering from the summer heat, dust, and critters and immediately ensured someone promptly showed up to thoroughly clean. It was a grand and spacious old house that they are working hard to fully restore to its prior family-warm grandeur. It was neat to literally walk back through differing eras. If you love touching and tactilely experiencing history, this is definitely the place to experience it all...

The house has a rustic exterior, and is well-appointed on the inside, with everything you'd need to self-cater. Secure entrance and great communication with the host. Off-street parking provided, with plenty of on-street parking for any additional vehicles. We had a great stay for the week. »
