« Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing...

« We had the impression from the photo that this was a bungalow attached to a house but actually it's attached to other holiday homes on a small holiday park. It's a well-kept site and there was plenty of parking in February. Although we couldn't get the beach gate open with the key, I found the other set of stairs a little way down the lane and there is a ramp further on. The beach is naturally wild and beautiful and Kessingland has good amenities - Africa Alive, fish and chip shop, Coop...

« Great experience, listing accurately described the property which was well kept and had most amenities (only thing missing was the hair dryer and garbage/refuse bins ... apparently past guests spoiled it for those to follow) A car is suggested if you want to get about, however there is a Co-op and several restaurants/pub within walking distance. Easy access to the sea via a locked gate (key provided). Sufficient Parking nearby unit. Would recommend for a couple with 1 or at most 2 children. »
