« The property manager, Juan, was very kind and quick to respond. There was a minor mishap with checking in and he was able to talk me through it right away. The room itself was very clean and welcoming, however the property grounds could have used some upkeep. The nearby washer and dryer was convenient (just make sure you bring quarters). The residential family on the other side were not a bother at all, they seemed sweet. The neighborhood overall had a family vibe and felt safe. For the price...
