Appartement trĂšs confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien situĂ©. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking avec le logement. La proximitĂ© de la place San Francesco permet d’accĂ©der au centre ville par des trajets moins frĂ©quentĂ©s. En pĂ©riode estivale la proximitĂ© du cinĂ©ma en plein air nous met dans l’ambiance quoique cela soit parfois un peu bruyant, nĂ©anmoins vers 11h30/minuit le calme revient.

We had a fantastic time in Lucca, made possible by this lovely property. It was located perfectly in the centre of Lucca and was spotlessly presented. Vinicio and Paola were extremely helpful with everything we needed and the information in the property gave us lots of useful ideas. Would highly recommended this as a place to stay.

We really enjoyed this apartment. It is spotless and well-appointed. I would suggest to the owners that a mattress topper on the beds would be helpful as the one I slept on was very hard! The location is central to the historic area and quiet in the evenings. The building backs on to a park which is beautiful to look upon from the bedrooms. Be aware, that there are several flights of stairs to tackle; not the easiest with luggage 😳

Great little property, with all the conveniences. Vinicio and Paola make everything easy from how to get there, places to go in Lucca, to checking out with no fuss. walking distance to everything in Lucca. If you want to stay in, you have everything you need. And plenty of good places really close to eat if you don’t. Train station is only a 15 minute walk away and Florence and Pisa just a few stops away in either direction. If you want to visit Tuscany, relax, eat good food, get some history, can’t think of a better place to go. Paola and Vinicio make it easy to do.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet and convenient area of Lucca central. Easy to get everywhere on foot with many great restaurants and sights close by. The hosts were so friendly and helpful but also very patient as our train was cancelled and we arrived later than we expected. Everyone felt at home in the apartment and cooked many meals there and just relaxed after a busy day walking around the city. Highly recommend this place to stay in beautiful Lucca. Grazie Mille!!

I had a great experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms and they work well. Check-in was timely and well done, Vinicio’s son Leonardo spoke great English and a fast communicator if anything arose. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lucca. Our accommodations were perfect for the two of us. Our host family met us on arrival, explained all details and were available for any questions. The location of the apartment is excellent close to restaurants and markets. We spent two weeks and were sad to leave. This has been one of our favorite apartments in all our trips to Italy. We highly recommend this rental and the host family were absolutely pleasant to deal with.

soggiornare a lucca durante il comics Ăš stato un piacere, gli Host sono stati gentili e precisi, l'appartamento Ăš molto comodo e con una vista sul giardino di villa bottini, la casa Ăš provvista di tutto, e molto pratica(3 mazzi di chiavi sono una comoditĂ  unica) per il carico e lo scarico dei bagagli si puĂČ lasciare l'auto proprio davanti, il centro Ăš a 3 minuti a piedi, insomma davvero comoda.

Everything was just perfect. We sojourned there for one month with a very small kid, hence with lots of extra needs. The hosts Vinicio and Paola were excellent in fulfilling all our needs - in a friendly and professional manner. They were probably the best hosts I ever had in any vacation. On top of all of this, the location is perfectly located to visit Lucca while having a comfortable and quiet stay.

L’appartamento corrisponde fedelmente alla descrizione dell’annuncio. È in una posizione fortunata rispetto al centro storico: vicinissimo a qualsiasi servizio, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla al limite della ZTL. Quindi raggiungibile in auto per lo scarico/carico bagagli e vicinissimo a molteplici soluzioni per il parcheggio anche notturno della vettura. Paola e Vinicio sono due padroni di casa disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Location ideale per visitare la bellissima Lucca ed altrettanto i dintorni dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano.

Lovely, clean, more than comfortable, and quiet apartment on 2 nd floor in old part of Lucca. A true gem with accessible and very helpful hosts. Easy to walk to all Parts of the walled town and delicious restaurants nearby, and walkable from railway station. Would definitely stay again & linger in this lovely apartment.

I will start by saying that if we didn't have our young child with us, this would easily be a 5 start rating. Lucca is a beautiful place and this apartment is a perfect place to stay in. Our only issue was that it is next to an outdoor theatre that is loud and goes until 11.30pm. As a result we had issues getting the little one to sleep. If it were just my wife and I this would not have been an issue at all. The check in process was easy and after dropping off our bags there is a secure undercover car park a couple of minutes away. One cool thing to do is ride a bike along the walls and to help out, there is a rental store a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here for any visit to Lucca. If we are lucky enough to come back to Lucca, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice place! Easy walk to good restaurants and bike rental. Ride bikes on the city wall very close by. A/C worked well in the 2 bedrooms and basic supplies provided. Big rooms. Very nice, helpful hosts. Son knows very good English.

After a very hot July day of travel we were delighted to be welcomed by Paola at Casa Chiara 11. The flat is spacious, quiet, cheerfully decorated and very comfortable. I was traveling with my teenage grandsons - 16 and 17. They were very comfortable in the double bed room with their own A/C control. Reliable wifi also made them very happy. I enjoyed the soothing view of the grounds of Villa Bottini, and found the distant audio of the evening outdoor movies charming. The laundry facility was a welcome asset, and my boys learned the valuable lesson of line drying our clothes - very eco- friendly. Casa Chiara 11 was the perfect space to call home while we were in Lucca. We enjoyed preparing dinner in the well equipped kitchen, and found the location near Via Elisa very convenient for our explorations. I look forward to relying on Paola, Vicincio and Leonardo to arrange accommodations on my next trip to Lucca. We were sad to leave them ... they made us feel like family.

We chose this apartment as it seemed a better location, as it is not overlooked and is a 15 minute walk to the train station. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Air con was an extra charge and is located in the 2 bedrooms. WIFI was good and reliable. Arrival and online check in went very well. Slight language barriers, but we managed. We were shown all the facilities and given local information. Very comfortable beds. We flew in to Pisa and used the E3 bus to Lucca. Although cheap, 3.50 euro each one way, the bus was in a disgusting condition and due to traffic, could not stay to timetable, so we opted to return to the airport by using the train to Pisa and the the Peoplemover. Much quicker and smoother. Highly recommend this apartment for location, quality and value.

Ho soggiornato durante il periodo del Lucca Comics, l'appartamento Ăš centralissimo e comodo per muoversi dentro la cittĂ . La casa Ăš fornita di tutti i confort possibili ed Ăš un ambiente davvero piacevole e accogliente dove passare le serate. I due proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti molti locali dove Ăš possibile mangiare un ottima cucina toscana. Un appartamento che consiglio, se si vuole passare una vacanza tranquilla o se si cerca un appoggio confortevole durante il periodo del Lucca comics.
