The stone-floored living area has a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table with 4 seats. In the stylish, open-plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

Location
On the border of Switzerland and Italy, the city of Lugano is famous for its stunning location, rich cultural heritage and excellent restaurants and cafés. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20-minute walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. A day trip on the Lago Lugano is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. From there, an aperitif in Piazza della Riforma, the heart of the city, is a relaxing way to end the day. If you prefer to cook yourself, then Lungano’s farmers’ market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Via Carducci (20 mins walk) is the place to go to pick up the best ingredients.

For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano.

The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
