Dear Madam, dear Sir, It's always easier to write bad comments and give bad review with an anonymous status and especially without telling nothing directly at the reception when you were in our hotel. We are awfully sorry to read such bad comments and to not have the possibility to discuss directly with you. So now, we need to give to you and to the others guests an answer to let everybody know the truth about our hotel. The rooms doesn't feel clean, they are 100% clean and disinfected with all the covid-19 procedure. The team works very hard and spend a lot of time to clean each room. It's the same for the towels. Why didn't you contact the hotel reception if you felt the towels smelled bad ?? We could have changed them very quickly. Why didn't you contact the reception to ask if it was possible to have a room in the front side, with the view on the street? Our hotel is not fully booked for the moment, so we have the possibility to change room if needed. Our buffet breakfast is made only with fresh and local products. We didn't received any bad comments during many days or weeks. But as you wrote in anonymous status, we are not able to check the day of your stay and check if we had some difficulties with deliveries. Concerning the parking, you didn't pay twice, it's not true. The parking is directly paid at the reception of the hotel because you have a special price (about 50% discount). To leave the parking, we gave to us a special card to go outside. This card should be return at the reception. For every guest, the reception asks a deposit in cash for the extras. To be sure, the guest will come back at the reception to give us back the card, we keep the deposit if we have one or we ask the guest to give an ID just for a guarantee because the card is not free (the cost is 200€). If you want to park in another parking, you are free to go, there are many parking in the neighborhood. The cost is about 40€ for 24 hours. We charge 17€ for our parking
