The only thing is that the property is a bit far away from the town and the water pressure in the shower too low. We had a good experience. »

« Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. Highly recommended for big family. »

« I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila...
