Thank You that you stayed in Romantic Palace. Mini bar is avalaible in reception desk. Our rooms are comfortable but I understand that some people prefer harder and some softer mattresses. Regards.

Thank you for your high rating and we are glad that you are satisfied with your stay. From Turzno is 12 minutes to Toruń and very close is highway exit called Turzno. I would like to inform You that there is a train and bus station in Turzno. The suburban location has many advantages. The Romantic Palace is surrounded by a park and located in a large space, according to that, we can offer a free large parking. We invite You again.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für den Romantischen Palast entschieden haben. Wir haben mehrere Zimmer mit Blick auf das Hinterzimmer, checken jedoch nur bei sehr hoher Belegung. Wir reinigen jeden Tag. Wir sorgen für höchsten Komfort und bitten darum, dass alle Kommentare zu Ihrem Aufenthalt regelmäßig an der Rezeption gemeldet werden. Dann können wir ihnen antworten, ein anderes Zimmer anbieten und den Reinigungsservice abrufen. Momentan ist es für uns schwierig, auf die Kommentare zu verweisen.

Medium price hotel but you get what you pay for.
A big nice hotel with green fresh surroundings. Arrived late and no problem checking in and out. Although the rooms were not clean, an old sock under the bed, the trashcan wasn't emptied and the beds weren't that comfy. Problems with the communication due to lack of english for the staff. Also it was a bit unclear when the bar closed at night and staff were not there sometimes.

Wszystko super , śniadania bardzo smaczne jedynie ekspres na kapsułki nescafe przysparzał wszystkim dodatkowych wrażeń :P Ewentualna niedogodność to cały czas pracujący podajnik do paszy - żmijka w zakładzie produkcyjnym nieopodal, którego dżwięk było słychać całą dobę... Pokój powiększony z nowego skrzydła z widokiem na skład budowlano paszowy - basen i spa pod chmurką...

Bardzo dziękujemy za bardzo dobrą ocenę. Chciałbym tylko sprostować, że faktycznie basen jest pod chmurką, ale cała strefa SPA: jacuzzi, sauny, tężnia solna, tepidarium mieszczą się wewnątrz budynku.

Pobyt bardzo mi się podobał, jedyny mankament to zepsuty karnisz, przez co nie można było zasłonić okna. Jednak aura obiektu, bardzo ładne pokoje i pyszne śniadanie zrekompensowały zepsuty karnisz.

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości oferowanych usług. Apartament przestronny, super wygodny. Super klimat, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Do pełni satysfakcji zabrakło w zasadzie szczegółów. Np: wybór kilku pysznych pasztetów na śniadaniu, a do nich ketchup, musztarda i majonez w saszetkach - chyba trochę nie na miejscu w, nawiasem mówiąc, świetnej restauracji. Wiele nie kosztuje słoiczek ćwikły czy żurawiny własnego wyrobu, a efekt nieporównywalny. Pozytywne wrażenie po wejściu do apartamentu zepsute ekstremalnie niską temperaturą. Co prawda klimatyzacja w sypialni i części dziennej szybko sobie poradziła, nie mniej jednak pierwsze wrażenie pozostało. Brak niestety wewnętrznego basenu...

It’s in a somewhat remote location so we were a little concerned as we drove there, but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! It’s a beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. We plan on visiting again!

Na początku ogólne wrażenie dobre lecz diabeł tkwi w szczegółach. Pierwsze złe wrażenie - lodówka zamknięta na klucz, trzeba było się prosić w recepcji o otwarcie. Spodziewaliśmy się, że w lodówce przechowuje się skarby lecz okazało się ,że owszem były skarby , zapewne dla właścicieli , ponieważ marża narzucona na "barek" to 500 %! Ogólnie nuda, gdyż brak oferty dla gości przy dłuższym pobycie. Lobby bar za mały, ceny zaporowe. Obsługa owszem grzeczna lecz brak profesjonalizmu. Reasumując pałac piękny i miejsce lecz gość nie czuje klimatu "arystokratycznego" w dobrym tego słowa znaczeniu. Gość może poczuć chłód i wyraźnie wyczuwalne nastawienie na komercję i osiągnięcie maksymalnego zysku.

Ok the word is out, I want to be a princess but staying at a place like Palac Romantycny is probably the closest that I will get to it. But that being said after the fabulous treatment my husband and I experienced at the hotel I am okay with that. We were at the hotel sadly for only one night but I was able to book a spa treatment that was glorious. Breakfast was the perfect Polish buffet with all the goodies that you could want both hot and cold offerings. This hotel is definitely on our list of places to go back to. The hotel also offers great conference rooms in all sizes so if you are looking for a unique workshop or retreat spot then this is it.

What You See Is NOT What You Get
This is not a 4 start hotel. There is no bell service, despite the video on their website. There is a lobby bar, but that doesn't mean that you can actually get a drink there. There were about 3 staff for the entire hotel, which meant that you had to flag down the bartender/dishwasher/waiter/maid to get a drink. The sauna and jacuzzi were not turned on and there was no staff for the spa. We asked the front desk about the spa and he said "oh maybe I should turn it on...other guests might want to use it." It was 17:00pm. Our room was very cold. We called the front desk because the heat was not working. We were told to wait for 15 minutes and if it doesn't get warm then someone will have to look at it in the morning. The next morning, we were assured that someone would manually activate our heat while we were out visiting family for the day. No one came to turn on our heat and we spent another cold night in our room. Breakfast was served in the restaurant on our first day, but there was no staff to greet us, take our order for hot items, or otherwise tend to us. After 20 minutes, a couple appeared and acted as if we had inconvenienced them for coming to breakfast. On the second day, the restaurant had been setup for a conference and there was no sign directing us to where breakfast was being served. After some investigation we found that breakfast was being served right next to the construction, so was had a side of drywall and concrete dust with our eggs. AWFUL.

A beautiful old country manor.
Had to be at an event in Toruń. This was just 18 km's away, but very quiet. Only one night they had a wedding, but it only lasted till midnight. The restaurant is good, but with a rather limited choice.

Hotel jest idealny na relaks z dala od zgiełku miasta. Stary pałac osadzony w pięknym parku robi większe wrażenie niż starówka w Toruniu. Oferta hotelu jest niezwykle rozbudowana, więc każdy podróżujący znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel urządzony jest klasycznie w stylizowane meble. Pokoje są urządzone odpowiednio i nie ma możliwości zastrzeżeń do jakiegokolwiek elementu wyposażenia. Hotel dysponuje wspaniałym SPA o bardzo dobrze wyszkolonym personelu. Całość wieńczy wizyta w restauracji hotelowej. Śniadania na bardzo wysokim poziomie w postaci bufetu szwedzkiego. Kilka rodzajów sałatek,w tym rybnych, mięsnych i warzywnych, serów, wędlin, potrawy na gorąco, desery itp. Na zamówienie kucharze przygotowują jajka tzw. "prosto z patelni". Wszystko w cenie pobytu ze śniadaniem. Bardzo duży wachlarz napojów do posiłku, a stary samowar kryje w sobie niespodziankę.
