„I don't think the location could get any better! Right downtown behind the shops, right next to the bakery and coffee shop. This was the perfect little cabin to stay at. Nice and clean, two AC units that kept it nice and cool. We would definitely plan to stay here again. We also had access to a pool which was a huge hit with my kids. “

„Great stay during our family trip to the UP! Our family loved the game room and lake in the background. Quiet and beautiful. There were leaches in the water so we stayed to the shore except when using the paddle boat and kayak. Also, the water smells like sulfur or copper but I’m guessing that’s due to the rural area so we didn’t mind. “

„This property is older but very nice and right on the lake with a boat dock that we used and was very happy with. The owner was outstanding to talk to and work with. The parking is somewhat limited for a larger or trailer vehicle but the owner had a place for our boat trailer next door so it was all good. Great folks !!Loved our stay! „The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Sitting on the dock in the morning was very relaxing. We enjoyed daily visits from mallard families on the River and a turkey family in the yard. Definitely on our list for a return stay!“

„Great location and lovely setting. This was a well stocked cabin with all the necessary items to make for a comfortable stay. Very easy access to area attractions, a great home base for day trip travels. „What a great stay! From the moment we walked in everything was accessible. Easy check in as well. The owners even left us a little welcome goodie bag, which is a nice little touch upon arriving. The house was very clean, plenty of fans surrounding the house and amenities for us to use. The view of Lake Huron from the house is beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful stay! “

"Poorly soundproofed, had a room with a window into the hallway outside, basically no daylight. Felt I was in the basement. Was supposed to get an upgrade. Told me they were full. Had to buses. It read vacancy outside. Mackinaw city feels like a tourist trap. If you go offseason, don’t book ahead, go to one of the many motels."
