This two bed, one bath home includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, internet, three smart tv's, and a wonderful deck overlooking the Ohio River. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, bars, and festivals.

Located in walking distance from the Marriott Hotel on the river.


Inside you'll find:

On the main floor of the home, the entry leads into the dining room, which features a spectacular view of the Madison/Milton Kentucky Bridge and a dining table with seating for six. There is also an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a bar overlooking the river, a living room with a 55" smart TV, bathroom, and washer and dryer area. Thermostat for the main floor is located on the living room wall.


The steps leading to the upstairs are through the kitchen. Upstairs are tandem bedrooms. In the first bedroom is a queen bed, and in the second bedroom is a king bed with a river view. Each bedroom has its own mini split for heating and cooling.

There is a back deck with seating that overlooks the Ohio river.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home, except for the locked crawl space. Entry is through the main door of the home located by the private parking area on the property. There is a key lock box mounted to the left of the door. Key code will be shared with the guest at check in time.
