Un très bon Hampton Inn
Séjour étape lors d'un périple dans l'est américain. Hôtel étape parfait pour une nuit, les chambres sont parfaites et le petit déjeuner buffet de bonne qualité. Rien à dire.

We stayed with our 7 pound dog for one night. The advertised pet fee is $50, we were charged $75 (we told them that the website information was inaccurate). A couple of minor things in our room were broken but it wasnt enough of an inconvenience to move since we were just there for about 14 hours. The gym is horrible. There is a mold or mildew issue that's heavily noticeable by smell, the last thing you want to be breathing in. Plus there are two machines and a couple of weights and that is all. They either need to just close the "gym" or do a rehaul. The staff was extremely friendly, and it seems like they are doing their best. Breakfast was an A .

We travel back and forth from SWFL to NC and always stay overnight on the way up. Hampton Inn Madison is by far one of the nicest we've stayed at. Friendly, clean, comfortable and affordable.

We arrived at 12:30 am and was told a room went out of service and they had to give our room to someone else. We had nowhere to stay and had to drive 4 hours home. Will never book this hotel again

I called ahead to inform the hotel we would need a late check in and they said we will have you ready for express check in. When we arrived at the hotel at 1am, they immediately handed us the key to the room. We were in our room right away, however, when we opened the door to the room, we were all taken away by the smell(terrible old dusty, dingy, body odor type smell)..we were all so tired, we just turned the air down some, showered and went to bed...the next morning the smell was still pretty rough, so we informed the staff and they found us another room. It was much better. The staff is the only thing I can say that made our stay enjoyable. They were very friendly and professional. However, The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The rooms are decent(other than the 1 that smelled), but the hallways leading to the rooms show signs of age. Until they renovate, I would not recommend staying there.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dee, the desk manager and the young man managing the breakfast stations both went out of their way to meet our needs. Everything, the room, the lobby, the pool were very clean. There are a number of negative reviews on line about this property, so our expectations were low. After having stayed there, I do not understand those reviews. We give them very high marks and would stay there again.

Front desk staff seemed annoyed to help you, but otherwise it was fine. Was newer/renovated, so much cleaner looking than other places. hallways smelled a little of smoke and marijuana but at least our room didnt.

Nice hotel
Hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to both downtown Madison and the Interstate. Check in was great. The clerk was very friendly and helpful, and the process was quick and smooth. Front desk was staffed every time we passed by. Would stay again, and recommend.

The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. I think I’d give them all 5 stars, and I believe they do a great job despite the lack of resources they are given by the owner. The entire property last the front desk reception dining areas are dilapidated and worn down. We booked a King and got a room with 2 double beds which I thought would haven proven more beneficial when I found so many hairs between the sheets. It was late, I was tired and looked in the other bed in it was worse. I was told a cleaning member quit during the rounds that day - I was given clean sheets and I changed the linens. At least the mattresses were clean. Grubby hallways Grubby bathrooms Grubby gross air conditioning vents Poorly repaired ceilings, caulking Just Grubby and overdue for a renovation For $200 /night in a friendly yet po dunk town, it was disappointing.
