Hôtel près de Madrona Park, Seattle, Seattle

« The convenient location to the Mayo Clinic building we needed. The friendliness of the staff was amazing. »

« Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...

« Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room. »

« Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces. »

« I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks. »

« Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go »

« Sejour annule sans aucune explication valable le jour de l arrivee. Pas de communication avec l établissement. Ils se renvoyent la balle entre l hotel et Hotels.com . Service désastreux »

« Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again. »

« L'emplacement était très propre. Les instructions d'entrée étaient très claires. La communication avec Vince était excellente. Salle à manger et cuisine complète. Très satisfait et je recommande sans hésiter. »

« Clean place to stay , felt safe in the area. It was great to be close to train and bus, easy get downtown and lots of restaurants and coffee shops right in the area. However we had no blanket , I messaged the host multiple times and he always said he was working on it or someone would bring one but no one ever did. It was cold without a blanket or too hot with the heater in the room. Communication was vague and unhelpful. Would be more helpful if host was transparent and clear , communication...

« Clean Kind/helpful owner »

« This is such a terrible stay, I would’ve rather paid for an actual hotel. 1) The lock code on our door wouldn’t work. So after late responses from the owner, they gave us a key to unlock it. 2) They never gave us new towels after ours got dirty, so we had to wash our own via their laundry machines. 3) The parking is so bad, we got a ticket on one day of our stay, then the nearest available spots were the next block over. 4) The last night of our stay we had to be asleep by 10 pm to leave at 5 am...

« This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely »

« Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. I think in the future we will need to consider this when booking accommodations in this area. Make sure the lodging comes with private parking. Otherwise, relatively clean and can’t beat the...

« Great location and close to Downtown, we got alot of walking in during our stay and the place was great for the price! Lots of options in the neighborhood for food and drink. Only blemish is parking, but we found a nearby parking for a very reasonable price. »
