« Gianluca was a kind and attentive host. Everything was comfortable and carefully thought out in the beautiful old farmhouse and it was well stocked. There was a lot of traffic noise. You can walk to get food (the village on the top of the hill is adorable and the walking path to it goes over a river and two canals) but it’s quite dangerous for about 50 yards right near the house where there is no shoulder. The shuttle to the house was complimentary but we paid 20 to get back to the airport. »

"L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable et, dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un très bon séjour. J’ai toutefois été assez déçu au début par l’attitude d’un membre de la réception, Federico, dont je n’ai pas du tout apprécié la manière de s’adresser à moi alors que je demandais simplement un renseignement en tant que client. J’ai trouvé son comportement assez irrespectueux, au point de me demander sérieusement si je n’allais pas changer d’hôtel. Heureusement, tout cela a été complètement rattrapé par sa collègue Kate, qui a été absolument remarquable. Très professionnelle, attentive, efficace et toujours aimable, elle a su gérer la situation avec beaucoup d’intelligence et m’a réellement redonné envie de rester puis de revenir dans cet hôtel. Je passe une grande partie de l’année dans des hôtels et je rencontre beaucoup de personnel hôtelier. Kate fait clairement partie de ces personnes qui font la différence dans l’expérience d’un client. Sa gentillesse, son écoute, son professionnalisme et son efficacité tout au long du séjour ont été vraiment appréciables. Un grand merci à elle. C’est exactement le type d’employée qu’un hôtel devrait valoriser et encourager."

"bel hôtel bien placé. Bon petit dejeuner. En revanche, notre chambre donnait sur la rue avec un passage de tram très frequent et très bruyant, tard le soir et tôt le matin. Je recommande cet hôtel seulement si la chambre ne donne pas côté rue, beaucoup trop bruyante."
