« Loved every second of staying here. You walk out into the heart of everything. Pedestrianised tourist area with all the historical sites and cafes. The staff make this place. The children, the sons and the mother who prepares the breakfast in the basement. English and Russian spoken Would opt for this over any of the expensive hotels. Good wifi. Very good breakfast. »

« Very kind staff always smiling and helping you on any need »

« Exceptionally maintained, unique property - hosted in a family house, capturing family history and family relics but with all modern amenities in the room. I absolutely loved this property, definitely my favorite in Uzbekistan (and very much up to “western standards” minus accessibility but, unfortunately, that’s the nature of the beast in old town guest houses). Breakfast was fresh, local, and delicious. Great location. A different feel than a large brand hotel but so much better (IMHO). If you...

« The room was clean and the stay was overall okay. We did have a minor issue with breakfast, as we were initially informed that breakfast was already finished even though we were still within the advertised breakfast hours. This was resolved quickly, and breakfast was served about ten minutes later. At check-out, the payment machine was not working, so we had to leave to withdraw cash. When we returned to the hotel, there was no one at reception and we had to look for a staff member for at least...

« Nice boutique hotel. Room was immaculately clean. Air Conditioner and television worked well. Good shower with good water pressure. I enjoyed my interactions with the staff. A little bit of a language barrier made for some funny translations! Good humor. Highly recommend this establishment! Bravo! »

« Friendly staff, clean rooms. »

« Fantastic stay in the old town of Bukhara. We were greeted warmly and were treated to an upgraded room. The room was large, clean and had a kettle as well as a refrigerator. The smart TV where YouTube was installed was greatly appreciated. Included breakfast was good. We had a very early train to Khiva and the receptionist ordered a Yandex for us without any surcharge. »

« the hotel location was perfectly situated in the pedestrian area of old Bukhara. The city is very nice, easy to walk around. the staff was very helpful whenever we needed to call a taxi from and to any destination. the beds were unfortunately not so comfortable. maybe they should consider adding an over mattress to cover the old structure. »
