« Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was...

« Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. »

« Great location. Spacious unit and well appointed. BUT on a very warm and humid weekend, the air-conditioner was broken and offered no relief. We were given a pedestal fan (no ceiling fans in the unit) which offered only mild relief. Management suggested many other properties did not use a/c (though lots of a/c were heard) and to open up the windows and doors which were all unscreened.
