Instruktion für Heizung wäre schön gewesen, es war bei Ankunft eiskalt... Leider hatte es keine Dusch-/ Abtrocknungstücher, mussten als erstes kaufen... Bett war bezogen. Innenausstattung sehr schön! Geschirr nicht ganz so sauber... Aussenbereich war sehr schön, dadurch dass es sehr regnerisch war, matschig...(man muss durch Wiese gehen, hat keine Platten oder...

The location is excellent with Hastings (fish market, beach and the old town); Battle Abbey (excellent and enjoyed by the smaller and larger people); Rye (one of the Cinque ports, Waterworks brewery); and the Kent and East Sussex Railway (to Bodium Castle). Alan, our host, was very helpful. Highly recommended! »

« Quiet relaxing stay, great jacuzzi, PH levels were spot on, landlords were accommodating and helpful. Bedrooms were clean and towels provided. The underground heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a good touch. Local amenities were very close. Tescos express is a 2 mins drive. Overall very satisfying stay »

« House was OK with adequate facilities, except microwave. Problem was we had absolutely no instructions for the operation of any of them. The dryer had an isolation switch (un labelled) that someone turned off and it took us some time to discover the reason for it not operating. The dish washer also failed to run properly and we believe it was due to a blocked filter. We hadn't used it initially so didn't discover the problem until near the end of our stay. »
