Mailliard Redwoods State Natural Reserve

We are very disappointed with this trip: the reception by videoconference was mediocre, with a faulty system. Upon arrival, we were tormented by an inoperative room code, which forced us to wait a whole hour outside before getting the room at 11:00 p.m. No parking was available at the accommodation; we had to park on the street, then pick up the vehicle at 6:00 a.m. to prevent it from being removed. In addition, hotel assistance is non-existent. All this only concerns the first day. We vacated the room every day at 9:00 a.m. at the latest, without a cleaning lady; perhaps we should have left at 7:00 a.m., when we heard her bub and cart knocking in front of the door. The walls are indeed the thickness of a sheet of paper. The shower has dirty joints surrounded by yellow traces, and the bathroom is quite small. For a one-night stay, it's acceptable, and again. Fortunately, the location is correct and easy to access. We hope for compensation.

Cet hôtel n’est pas forcément situé au centre de Los Angeles, mais il peut parfaitement convenir aux voyageurs à la recherche d’un logement spacieux. Une voiture est toutefois indispensable pour se déplacer. Le parking ne coûte que 12 $ par jour. La chambre est bien équipée. Je recommande ! La chambre était propre et le personnel agréable.

I like the hotel qnd the stqy. The only thing is thqt i have paid for a room with double queen bed and we ended up in a single room with moveable bed, without compensation.
